The Special Place

Hi bloggers today i will talk about a city unexpected to know for me and that i did know nothing about it it's Coquimbo city. During my trip to La Serena i had the oportunity to know this Port city located in the four region, with La Serena like capital city. This city has a phenomenon called "conurbation", The limit is diffuse between this both cities because its proximity with each other, for a turist it's hard to determinate when he or she get in to the other city. In Coquimbo it's located " La Cruz del Tercer Milenio". Its a conmemoration for the cristo's birth in the place where was based for the pope Juan Pablo II in 1987. The monument of the catolic religion has a museam a church and an incredible viewpoint in wich you can see all the city of coquimbo and a few of La Serena. I'ts so imposing that you can see it from La Serena. It cause so much wonder for its monumentality, if you go to Coquimbo, you can visit it and the "Fuerte Español" built in 1700-1800, this both monuments are icons of Coquimbo.
